I'm a fan of graffiti art. And because of it, I tend to use a lot of spray paint in my paintings. I love using them for backgrounds like I did with the yellow, red, and orange in this one. It gives off a sunset glow to it. I also love spray paint to create patterns and basic shapes. Sometimes I take old buckets and lids and spray around them like I did with the black circles. Or creating lines by placing metal objects on my canvas and spraying over them. It gives them a simple look to it, but it's a look that's interesting. It almost gives off an impression of street signs. For the acylic, I used a concrete trowel, draging blue, black, and white across the canvas here and there. It gives it a nice texture too. The spray paint background with rough acrylic patches make it an interesting piece to run your hand across. It's a fun piece that would look great in a home or office that has a modern art look to it.
All my paintings are signed on the back, so you can hang them in any orientation you like. They also come with a varnish topcoat. To protect them from harmful UV and pollutants, so that they can last forever.
