Deejay
Looking for a painting to bring some color and some funk to your room? I made Deejay while listening to some dance music and I think it shows. I use many different tools when I paint, and when I made this one I felt like applying the paint with a concrete trowel and puddy knife. Laying one layer after another, pressing ever so gently, so as not to ruin and muddy the colors. Then I started scraping the painting making different textures with items such as an old comb. The colors stayed true and bright, and the layer of black over the magenta and aqua green really makes it pop. Not feeling satisfied yet, I liquified the white and poured it on making quick abstract strokes. I think as a whole this is a fun piece. It makes a great painting for any office or home if you're looking to add a little funk to your space.
All my paintings are signed on the back, so you can hang them in any orientation you like. They also come with a varnish topcoat to protect them from harmful UV rays and pollutants.
I want all my customers to be completely satisfied. So, if you purchase a painting and within 3 weeks decide it doesn't match your walls, or your space, you can send it back and get a full refund.
